Indigo is a color of intuition, perception and the higher mind. It relates to “New Age” and seeing beyond the normal senses. For almost five millennia, in every culture and every major religion, Indigo has been one of the world’s most valued pigments.
Meet The Owner
Kristine Whitham, the owner of Redesign By Indigo LLC. birthed this company from a desire to transform houses into beautiful homes through her passion for fashion, color & design. In her words “We all like to do, buy, create and surround ourselves with things that make us feel good. Style and Fashion have a beautiful way of expressing emotion and individuality because it’s fun, it’s exciting, and tells a story.”
Every house has it’s own personality, sometimes all you need is help finding and creating it. Kristine takes great joy in helping her clients reach their goals within their budget whether it be in redesign, staging, DIY, or organizing their home.
Kristine entered into Real Estate and Investing in 2003. Throughout the years, she has been successful in real estate and investing in the Philadelphia, Pocono, and Lancaster PA areas, as well as Ocean City and Somers Point, NJ. Kristine’s involvement in investing, rehabbing, design coordinating, property management, building, buying, and selling has been her greatest teacher in understanding the demands and trends in our growing market. She understands the dynamics of the real estate market, and the importance of selling a home quickly which gives her business an edge unlike others in her field.

HSR Certified
Redesign By Indigo is an HSR Certified Professional Home Staging and Interior Redesign organization serving the Lancaster City, Lancaster County, Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Redesign By Indigo’s owner has completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry. The Home Staging Resource is the first and one of the only accredited staging training courses available for the staging industry. Redesign By Indigo is an expert in creating a vision in each home so buyers can fall in love with it!
